Vercel is the most enterprise-mature vendor in the AI app-building space. SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and TISAX apply across tiers, a HIPAA BAA is available, and Enterprise carries a 99.99% SLA. It stewards Next.js, runs millions of deployments a day, and its preview-and-publish pipeline is still the standard other platforms chase.
v0 has grown into a full-stack builder whose output targets React and Next.js, the stack your engineers may already run. The February 2026 relaunch spoke directly to the problem Helix addresses: it named ungoverned vibe coding a shadow IT problem and shipped git workflows for non-engineers, Snowflake and AWS connectors, approval workflows, and enterprise security controls. On v0's Free and Plus plans, prompts and content may be used to improve models via third-party providers unless the user opts out. Training opt-out becomes the default on Business at $100 per user a month, and a contractual no-training guarantee with isolated processing is Enterprise-only, per v0's security documentation as of August 2026.
