Below the first commit rung.
An estimate, not a quote. What an app costs depends on how much it is used.
| Premium support | Enhanced support and SLA. |

| Sovereign Cloud | Data residency in the EU or APAC. The US is standard, at no extra cost. |
No. Both editions include unlimited builders, unlimited end users, and unlimited apps. Helix Builder Edition is priced per workspace at $50 a month, and Helix Enterprise Edition is priced custom, with unlimited workspaces included. Adding a person never changes the bill.
An HCU is the single unit for everything an app uses when it runs: deploy, compute, database, storage, data delivery, and requests. One HCU is $1.00 at list. Everything draws from one balance and arrives as one number on the bill.
It depends on what the app actually uses. A small internal utility with no database runs about $3 a month. A team app with a database that stays on through the working day runs about $46 a month. An app that calls a model on every record, such as support triage across 4,000 tickets a month, runs about $150 a month.
All four governance capabilities as standard: Security Management, Compliance Management, Deployment Management, and Instrumentation. It also includes unlimited workspaces and 500 HCUs a month. Governance is not sold as separate line items.
No. Your builders use their own AI coding assistant, such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and that provider bills them directly. Helix adds nothing to it. If an app calls a model while it runs, that runtime usage is either metered through the managed gateway or billed by your provider when you bring your own key.
Yes. Committed volume gets the rate of the band it clears, from $0.90 per HCU at 5,000 HCU down to $0.75 at 100,000. Commitments are annual, drawn from one balance, and available on both editions. Three or four everyday apps are usually enough to clear the entry rung.
