Every department rents its own point app, and the bill grows with every seat and add-on. Rebuild them with AI and run them on Helix, with no per-user fees.

Zylo, 2026 SaaS Management Index
Departmental apps your employees use, built on forms, approvals and dashboards: performance reviews, commissions, quoting, RFP responses, team dashboards. Two kinds stay put. Suite modules, because dropping one saves nothing. And apps whose value is an engine or a data network, like transaction matching or industry benchmarks.
You need them, and the model counts them. About three weeks of one builder per app to rebuild, then about one full-time builder per seven apps to run them. For a company of 2,000 people moving 23 common apps, that's about one and a half full-time builders, and the saving is still about 75%.
No per-user fees, and unlimited builders, end users and apps. Builder Edition is $50 per workspace a month. Enterprise Edition is priced custom and adds the governance IT asks for, including single sign-on. Usage is $1.00 per HCU at list, less with a commit.
It's Tray's model for a company of about 2,000 people renting 23 common departmental apps at typical prices, about $1.25M a year. The Helix side counts Enterprise Edition, usage and about one and a half full-time builders. That's about 75% lower. Larger companies save more. The more apps you move, the bigger the saving. The rented side leaves out admin time and implementation fees, so the real gap is wider.
On Enterprise Edition every app gets single sign-on, scoped roles, managed auth (no password or API key in the code) and an audit trail. Each app has a named owner. The Tray.ai platform under Helix holds SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II on every edition.
